We purport this is achieved by adopting a holistic approach, working with clients’ lawyers and accountants where appropriate and implementing sensible trust practices to ensure the administration and management of trusts are completely in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Our company is led by Janet Xuccoa who is a recognized leader in the New Zealand trust industry, having spent the past 39 years working with trusts. During that time, she has assisted hundreds of clients, authored several books on trusts and been the proud director recipient of the inaugural award for Corporate Trustee of New Zealand.
Janet’s ability to understand and administer trust structures is drawn from her extensive experience and qualifications. Her credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom). Janet is also a member of the Society of Tax and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a Fellow of the New Zealand Trustees Association. Besides from her qualifications, Janet possesses in-depth knowledge of trusts which makes her ideally suited for leading New Zealand Family Trust Services.
